Core Yoga Flow

On the mat today in the mountains of Bulgaria to build strength in the core. With this 15 min dynamic stretching yoga flow we will be working on gapping the bridge between beginner and Intermediate by adding a few more challenging postures to today’s practice like a headstand and other balancing stretches.

Don’t worry if you can’t do these poses yet because doing this class will get you there. This is also a great yoga for athletes class to add into your daily routine for a quick yoga stretch and strengthening exercise.
